How Can I Stop Yawning?

Yawning can cause the body to take breaks to rest, but it can be extremely disruptive when it comes to getting work done. There are a few things you can do to reduce the amount of time you need to sleep, and to improve your productivity. First, you can get more sleep. That is, if you’re not doing something like working or watching TV that requires alertness. Yawning is considered a sign of tiredness, and you should be able to complete an amount of work during the day before you need to sleep. If you can’t complete your work in a shorter amount of time, you should try to do so. This will allow you to get more done in the day. Second, try eating smaller meals and snacks throughout the day. The body’s metabolism slows down when you are eating large meals, which is why you tend to want to nap or take a break after a large meal. Lastly, you can relax by listening to soothing music and engaging in relaxing activities.
