In the past, I have gained a lot of muscle mass during my sporting career. However, after a couple of years off, I have found it hard to get back into the game. At some point during my career, my strength started to decrease and I needed to get back into good shape. Unfortunately, I could not get my fitness levels back up to what they were. Recently, I have started to change my lifestyle and I have found that my health has improved. I am still not 100% fit, but I am getting there.
