Did It Work?

i was not sure if i was going to try this because this looked kinda gross and honestly the first ingredient to me was Whole30 which to me says: enough already. but after seeing a commercial, with a nice face i couldn’t resist. i am still considering canceling the original order.

Why I Didn’t Like Whole30?

I had been using the Whole30 for nearly two years at this point. It was during my last Whole30 that I began to see how serious this program is. I was really enjoying it and felt really good on the diet. I was starting to feel more energy and noticed that I had been feeling a bit depressed. So I was really happy when I decided to take a short break from the Whole30 to allow myself to experience some normal eating and exercise. I was honestly shocked when I found out that I had been doing Whole30 for nearly two years. I had missed so much food and I really missed bread. I really like cheese and I was really missing bread. I then decided to complete Whole30 in a week and it was a terrible idea. Within the first day I had a headache, which is something that never happened to me before. On the second day my headache continued. After that I decided to finish my Whole30.
