I crave carbs constantly. If I have a day of gluten free meal prep, I’m stoked. If I have to go out to dinner, I’m totally bummed. But lately, I’ve found that I can completely switch out my cravings by eating something I call my “Mini-Me Diet.” This is basically a keto-friendly approach to dieting, meaning I can still eat carbs, but they have to be low on the glycemic index and high in fiber.
