Using the internet is probably the first habit you acquire during your childhood. The internet is like a time machine. It can help you visualize your earlier life. I’ve been through the stages. I was a kid who was crazy about pokemon and anime at the same time. I was a teenager who was addicted to the social media. I was a college guy who had some relationships. Then, I became an adult.

A few weeks ago, we shared an easy recipe for baked salmon pinwheels with herb dill cream cheese. We shared a photo and posted the recipe on our Facebook page. While the pinwheel recipe is delicious, it is very simple to prepare. And it’s not very healthy, given the amount of butter and cream cheese it contains. So we got a little inventive. We’ve tried our hand at another pinwheel recipe, and I think you’ll like it. Salmon pinwheels stuffed with crab
How to cook Salmon Pinwheels
Salmon is one of my favorite meals. It’s incredibly healthy and high in omega 3’s and B vitamins. It’s also very versatile. You can cook it as a one-ingredient meal, in an actual pie, or in a pinwheel. And, it’s also really easy to cook. You just have to be patient!
Another Stuffed Pinwheels Recipe
A healthier version of stuffed pinwheels. I used salmon instead of turkey and added some delicious crab. Here’s a link to the original recipe. Salmon Pinwheels with Lemon Caper Sauce Ingredients 1 salmon filet
1 box of cubed stuffing
1-2 cups of crab meat
2 eggs
1/4 cup of flour
olive oil Directions Start by mixing the salmon, stuffing, and crab together in a bowl. Whisk the eggs with flour and pour into the salmon mixture. Stir until combined. Next, heat 1/4 cup olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Drop about 1/4 cup of the salmon mixture into the pan and flatten the mixture into a circle. Cook the salmon for 3-5 minutes on one side, and then flip. When the salmon is cooked, place a slice of cheese on top and cook for 1-2 minutes. Put the salmon pinwheel on a plate and repeat with the rest of the salmon mixture. To make the sauce, mix together the lemon juice, capers, lemon zest, and oil in a bowl. Mix well to combine.
