One of my favorite foods is pork fritters. It’s a simple dish to make and also perfect to share with friends and family. Here’s my tried and tested recipe for homemade pork fritters.
Deep-frying the balls
The dish will benefit from a longer cooking time and higher temperature. There are two ways to cook the pork fritters: in an air fryer and in the oven. If you want to cook the pork balls in the air fryer, this will take about 20 minutes. In the oven, the pork balls will need about 1 hour. Air fryers cook at a lower temperature than regular ovens. This makes the pork balls less likely to overcook and dry out. Regular ovens have a higher cooking temperature, which can make the pork fritters dry out and cook faster.

The frying process
Before we start cooking, we need to make sure our kitchen is clean. You don’t want to contaminate your food with any bacteria that may be lurking in your kitchen. This includes food that you may have touched. Wash your hands or use a hand sanitizer to clean your hands, then wipe down the counter top and your cutting board.
When we’re frying, it’s best to use a non-stick pan. This prevents oil from splattering when the pork mixture is added. After all, we don’t want to contaminate the food!
The next step is to measure out the pork mixture. If the mixture is too wet, you’ll be unable to fry it properly. You can adjust the consistency by adding more flour.
Next, add 1 tablespoon of oil. It’s important to add the oil before the pork mixture so that the heat can penetrate the pork mixture. Next, add the pork mixture and cook for about 3 minutes, until the pork mixture has turned golden brown.
Next, flip the mixture over. You don’t want to cook it for too long. The pork mixture needs to be cooked on the other side for 3 to 4 minutes. The pork mixture should be golden brown.
If you’re cooking for a large group, I suggest using a large pot. This way you don’t have to worry about over crowding the pan.

Preparing the pork
First, you’ll want to remove the membrane that covers the pig’s liver. This can be done by rubbing the liver over a small bowl. Next, cut the pork in half. Remove the blood and wash the pork thoroughly. Repeat the washing process, and trim the edges off of the meat. Make sure to remove any bones or other contaminants.
