Additionally, dehydration can have serious health risks, including headaches, dizziness, muscle cramps, light-headedness, and a feeling of confusion. Dehydration can also lead to more serious health conditions, such as seizures and strokes. The best way to avoid dehydration is to drink enough water. This is typically six to eight cups of water a day.
