The “Buffalo cauliflower” is a type of cauliflower that has been washed and marinated in a sauce containing buffalo sauce. Some people like to have the buffalo cauliflower on top of pizza, as it makes it more of a pizza substitute. It is low in carbs, full of protein, and contains the superfood cauliflower. Cauliflower is a low-carbohydrate, high-fiber vegetable that is rich in vitamins and minerals. It is also a great source of folate, which protects against cardiovascular disease.

Our cauliflower is grown in a coastal region of BC where we spend the winter season in a long, dark, and cold, but perfectly dry, indoor winter (winter can last in excess of 5 months) producing that perfect – fat free – consistency cauliflower.

While the original W30 is a meal plan, Whole 30 allows you to customize your diet by creating your own plan. Whole 30 doesn’t restrict food groups or individual foods, but it does restrict certain ingredients and foods that you can’t have in your plan. These include alcohol, sugary foods, and foods high in sugar or carbohydrates. There are two phases in the W30 program: the Whole30 and the Elimination Phase. For the Whole30 phase, you must follow a specific diet, food plan, and exercise routine. The foods you can’t have include gluten, dairy, legumes, and processed foods. You may also eat foods that are part of the Whole30 program, but you can’t have any of the food groups or ingredients listed. Whole30 also limits carbohydrates to 15 grams of fiber per day, which may be higher than what’s needed for optimal health. During the Elimination Phase, you’re allowed to reintroduce Whole30 foods, while limiting your intake to 10 grams of carbs per day.
