Additionally, WebMD also states that pregnant and breastfeeding mothers can experience a slightly higher risk of birth defects if they consume caffeine. So, before consuming caffeine, it’s best to get a safe amount of caffeine intake.
Does Breastfeeding Reduce Your Caffeine Intake?
