By eating a diet high in fat and sugar, we are lowering our need for nutrients like vitamins A and C. One other thing to keep in mind is that cravings are not always related to the foods you crave. They are sometimes triggered by stress, mood, boredom, etc.

Stop Eating Pasta

Meat contains protein. This is what your body needs to build and repair cells. When you eat pasta it does not contain protein. Your body will look for protein in your next meal. This will make you crave pasta. Make sure to eat protein packed foods so you do not feel the urge to eat pasta.
