Pork tenderloins are one of my favorite cuts of meat, but I have always used the oven to cook them. They take about 30 minutes in the oven, which is almost perfectly cooked. However, I recently discovered the best way to cook them. Using a crock pot. To make sure I was cooking them long enough, I cooked them in the crock pot for 5 hours and then cooked them again in the oven for 30 minutes. I found that cooking tenderloins in the crock pot made sure that they were cooked all the way through. I have had tenderloins cooked in the oven in the past, but they always seemed to overcook, or have tough spots. In the crock pot, the tenderloins were moist and tender.
