It’s no secret that early rising is extremely important to healthy living. If you’re struggling to fall asleep, here are some tips to help you get a good night’s sleep. Once you’re sleeping well, you’ll notice a dramatic improvement in your energy levels throughout the day. You’ll be more alert, feel better, and simply have more energy.
To Do List before Sleep
I have a routine every night before I go to bed. As I’m brushing my teeth and getting ready for bed, I open my laptop and start working on a few things. I start off my list by reading through any emails I’ve received. I’ll also check my Facebook and Instagram, sometimes for updates on family and friends. This can be a good way to stay connected with people you may not be able to talk to during the day. I’ll then start working on any homework assignments or problems that need to be completed before the next day. I also have an email inbox I check that’s not important, or that doesn’t need my immediate attention. Then, I will start a blog post. I will usually save a blog post for the following day, but sometimes I need to finish it right away. I’ll spend about five minutes working on the blog. I think about topics I’m passionate about and also plan out posts I want to share with others. I’ll finish my blog post, write out a social media schedule for the next day, and plan out my exercise for the next day. I also set goals for the next day. Lastly, I’ll make sure my bed is made. I like to make sure my sheets are clean and comfy. Once all of these tasks are complete, I’ll spend a few minutes relaxing. I’ll read through

Should You Sleep More?
When we sleep, our bodies are completely rejuvenated. This is when we do our most important repair work. It is also when our bodies begin to build new cells, which enables our bodies to be more resilient and stronger. After we sleep, our brains restore energy and focus, and our bodies do the work of repairing and rebuilding. However, when we don’t get enough sleep, our bodies and brains may become tired and feel exhausted. Sleep debt is the burden of extra sleep that we feel during the week. When we don’t get enough sleep, our bodies are out of sync with their circadian rhythm, which affects our hormones, and our moods. There are also other negative effects that can occur. We may be exposed to a greater risk of health problems, such as heart disease, diabetes, and cancer.
Why You Feel Exhausted
Many people feel tired and exhausted all the time. This can lead to depression or low mood. It can also make you feel anxious. You might have difficulty focusing on tasks or feeling irritated. But, feeling tired doesn’t necessarily mean that you’re ill. You can feel tired because you’re lacking sleep or because you’re experiencing too much stress. You might be experiencing tiredness because you’re just not getting enough sleep. However, if you’re not getting enough sleep, you’ll need to change your sleep habits.
Sleep… And Let it Go
Sleep is absolutely necessary for human survival. Without sleep, we’d be unable to reproduce and consume food. Without sleep, your body would be unable to repair itself. When you don’t get enough sleep, you’ll experience insomnia, which can be a cause of fatigue. To sleep more, you’ll want to make your bed and room as comfortable as possible. Try not to watch a lot of news and television. If you have trouble sleeping, try meditating. Meditation can help you calm down, which will help you relax and sleep better. After you fall asleep, make sure you’re taking good quality sleep. Sleep cycles are usually about 90 minutes long, and this includes your REM sleep. Your REM sleep is associated with dreaming. While sleeping, your muscles are relaxed. So, the best times to sleep are before bed and immediately after waking up. Make sure you get 8 hours of sleep a day, and if you’re having trouble sleeping, make sure you’re getting enough magnesium, a mineral that is necessary for sleep.
