Is Cheerios Natural?
Cheerios are a breakfast cereal made by General Mills. This breakfast cereal is popular with both kids and adults. Many people have tried to find a reason behind why Cheerios causes stomachaches and other stomach problems. However, the company General Mills does not know why it causes these problems. But some of the most common theories are that the wheat and corn in the cereal are responsible for the symptoms. Many people have noticed that if they eat just a few of the “puffs” in the cereal, they can have stomach problems, such as diarrhea. The company says that it is an incorrect assumption to think that this is a problem with Cheerios. It is more likely that the problems are caused by the way that the cereal is eaten. Another theory is that the high sugar content in the cereal is the cause of the stomach problems. Some people have noticed that the sugar in the cereal may also cause people to have headaches. But Cheerios has 100 percent of the recommended daily amount of vitamins and minerals. There are also no preservatives, artificial flavors or colors in this cereal. Cheerios is also gluten-free and often has its own website to promote the health benefits of the cereal.

Dangers Of Cheerios
Cheerios are good and nutritious. However, they are not good for you if you are not careful. It’s not the high fructose corn syrup that makes them unhealthy; instead, it’s the unexpected number of harmful chemicals that it contains. In some studies, researchers have found chemicals called acesulfame-potassium (A-K) and carrageenan (pronounced car-GAH-in) in Cheerios. These chemicals have been found to be harmful to the body and may also have a negative effect on the brain. There is not much research available on the effects of the chemicals on humans. Some experts have speculated that these chemicals could be linked to problems like ADHD and ADHD-like symptoms. However, this is only a hypothesis at this time and is not confirmed. The levels of these chemicals are generally found in the range of 2-10 milligrams per serving of cereal. Therefore, you can get a lot of health benefits from the cereal itself. Plus, since they are not calorie dense, you will not be consuming an unnecessary amount of calories. If you have any questions about the health effects of the chemicals in Cheerios, talk to your doctor.
