I’m a big fan of leafy greens. I really enjoy broccoli, spinach, and kale. I also enjoy eating a salad. Sometimes, I’ll have the salad and not eat the broccoli, spinach, or kale. I find that sometimes, when I eat the leafy greens and the broccoli, spinach, or kale, I get diarrhea.
