Baked Brie is a semi-soft cheese made from whole milk. The cheese is made from whole milk that has been cultured and then drained of whey. The cheese is then packed into a clear or waxed paper bag and baked in a warm oven. The moisture on the surface of the cheese is dried in order to create a strong aroma. This cheese is called whole-milk Brie. Some whole-milk Bries are also flavored with herbs such as chives.
