Ketogenic dieting is a diet plan that encourages fat consumption. What Is Ketosis?

We can lose weight on a keto diet without feeling hungry because we’re burning fat for energy, but our bodies are still mostly using carbohydrates as fuel for energy. When your body starts burning fat, you’ll be in a state of ketosis, and you can feel a difference. You’ll have more energy, and you won’t feel hungry between meals. You’ll also typically experience positive changes to your mood.
