I Burp and Choke
i burp and choke are both symptoms that could indicate that you may have indigestion. First, if you burp and choke, you may be having indigestion. If you burp and choke a lot, you may have acid reflux or a hiatal hernia. A hiatal hernia is when the lower part of your stomach or esophagus pushes up through a hole in your diaphragm, which is a muscle separating your upper abdomen from your lower chest. This leads to you burping.
How Can i Stop Burping
Burping is the forceful or gaseous expulsion of air from the digestive system. Sometimes, this can happen without your control, but you can also burp intentionally. Burping, also known as belching, is a normal physiological event that typically happens after you eat a meal and sometimes after you drink certain beverages. When you burp, air goes through the back of the mouth and into the pharynx. It then goes down the esophagus to the stomach and then back up into the mouth through the nose. If you burp repeatedly, you may feel as if there is a lot of air going through your body. However, this is normal and the pressure is actually just a part of your digestive process. This can also be a sign that you may need to eat more fiber. Your stomach is usually able to hold about 3-4 ounces of air, which may not be enough to make you burp. The more air you swallow, the more you’re likely to burp.
