The chart shows the ideal time to cook pork chops at a given temperature. To determine the ideal temperature for cooking pork chops, use the chart to determine the time it takes for the desired temperature to reach the middle of the chop. Once the pork chops reach the middle, they will continue to cook for a few more minutes.
Why you should cook pork chops on a grill
A lot of people cook their pork chops on the grill because they think that it gives them a better texture. This is only true if you cook them on a grill. If you cook them on a grill you’re going to cook them through and you’re going to dry them out. You want to grill them on medium-high heat for about 10 minutes on each side. This way you can get nice grill marks and you can get them to a good temperature. Now, you don’t want to overcook them because then you’re not going to get that nice smoky flavor. For the best flavor, it’s best if you use a grill that has a timer. If you don’t have a grill with a timer, you can always use a meat thermometer.
