In the last 5 months, I have lost 7lbs, my waist is smaller than it’s been in months. It’s one thing to say “Eat Right” and “Exercise” I know people who follow this advice and fail miserably. I’m not a morning person. It takes me 30 mins just to get out of bed. It’s rare that I even take a shower or even brush my teeth. I get my workout in at night. My goal is to eat Right and Exercise.
