As a result, fruit that would normally be out of season is now in season. Climate change has allowed us to enjoy the fruits of the seasons, and in the future, it’s just a matter of time before AI makes climate change permanent.
Carrots
Carrots are typically available from November through March. If you’re looking for a carrot that’s a bit more than the standard orange carrot, look for a young orange carrot. These carrots are sweeter and are just coming into season. The stalk is quite important too. If the carrots are attached to the stalk, then you should take the carrots off the stalk.
