Recipe Peach and Wine Punch

Ingredients:

1 kg of peach

250 gr. brown sugar

1 lemon

1 liter of white wine

1 liter. soda

2 cinnamon sticks

Preparation:

We will start our poche by peeling the fruit and cutting it into pieces. The pieces should not be too big or too small.

We will put the pieces of peach in a punch bowl or in a large container and add the previously broken cinnamon sticks so that they release all their flavor.

On top of the peaches and cinnamon, we will add the 250 grams of brown sugar and water it with the liter of white wine.

We will remove the peel from the lemon and incorporate it into the mixture. We will let our peach punch and wine rest for about three hours in the refrigerator, although it is normal to do it overnight, so that the fruit releases all its juice.

Later, we will remove it from the refrigerator and add the soda, stirring while we pour it so that it releases the gas.
