this is the flavor my mom has since she has emigrated from the philippines. this is best with roasting tomatoes and garlic but if you are a non garlic eatee then just leave it out. a nice breakfast or dinner main with a scoop of yummy mashed potatoes. not sure if my step dad made it but that is a great meal even though it is on the sweeter side of things
[Title]: This is a 10 minute meal. you need:
1) skillet or a flat pan
2) 2 tablespoons of olive oil or cooking oil
3) 1 large onion, chopped or 8 baby onions
4) 2 cloves of garlic, minced
5) 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
6) 1/2 can of tomato sauce
7) 1/4 teaspoon of ground cumin
8) 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
9) 1/2 teaspoon paprika
10) 1/2 teaspoon oregano
11) a green chile pepper, sliced
12) salt
13) pepper
14) 1 cup of chicken stock
15) 1/2 cup of corn or 1/2 cup of frozen corn
1) 1 pound of chicken breast, sliced into thin slices
2) 2 tablespoons of flour
3) 1/2 cup of water
4) 1 egg
5) 1/4 cup of yogurt
6) 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
7) 1/2 cup of
