What is this?
Very delicious and healthy snack for your family and friends. Of course it is needed a good amount of chicken thigh and in addition we add some ranch flavor. The chicken is sliced and season it with pepper and garlic salt. After this first marinating we put in the fridge to let the flavors blend. After this, we removed this component and put the chicken thigh through the high speed blender. Next we put the chicken thigh in the food processor to cut the chicken and work very well. In the end we add some pieces of corn into the mix. This is a good dish for a party or just as a snack.

When we eat foods such as sweetened bread or cereal, or chips and salsa, we consume extra calories. These calories are not used by our bodies, so they are stored as fat. This is why it is important to eat the right foods for your body. Some foods have health benefits, but eating too many of them can still be bad for you. When we eat foods that are high in fat, we are consuming more calories than we need. This is why it’s important to avoid foods like donuts and pizza, which are usually high in fat. Donuts and pizza are great because they taste delicious and can be eaten in large quantities. This is not the case with foods such as broccoli and carrots, which are high in fiber and contain vitamins and minerals. You can still enjoy these foods in large quantities, but you will feel fuller.
