Gingerbread Cookies

Chocolate Chip Cookies
To make your sugared pecan cookies, you’ll need 1/4 cup sugar and 3/4 cup of molasses. Start by heating the sugar and molasses together until the sugar is completely dissolved. Next, add the 1/4 cup of butter and stir until well combined. Add the pecans, vanilla extract, and egg. Mix well until the cookie dough forms a ball. Once the cookie dough is ready, roll it into small balls about the size of a golf ball. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for approximately 10-12 minutes or until they are lightly browned.
