Mejican Caceria!
Mejican Caceria! This is my attempt to recreate one of my favorite dishes. If you love Mexican food, you should definitely give this a try. My recipe is gluten-free and vegetarian. I use brown rice and quinoa. You can use regular rice and noodles, but they may not be as flavorful. This is an authentic recipe. This dish is known as Caceria. Caceria means something you have at a traditional Mexican party, which is a traditional Mexican party. This is usually a huge spread with many dishes. You can use any vegetables or fruits you’d like. I recommend using corn tortillas, but you can use any type of tortilla you’d like. I used carnitas, but if you want to use meat that is not traditionally Mexican you may do so. I also used beans, but you can leave them out. You can use a vegetarian protein that is easily found in most grocery stores. You can substitute the vegetables and beans in any way you’d like.
