Take a piece of meat and lay it out in the shape of a taco. now take a piece of meat and put it on top of the meatloaf so it forms a “bordadillo.” then, take a piece of meat and put it on the bottom. now wrap the meatloaf in a tortilla. that’s it! it’s so easy to make. How To Make It Quick
1. Sautee onion, celery, and garlic in olive oil for about 3-4 minutes on medium heat.
2. Put a large pot of salted water over high heat.
3. Add meatloaf mix and stir well. Cover pot and let cook for 30 minutes or more.
4. Drain and remove meatloaf mix to a bowl and set aside.
5. Pour off all but 1 tablespoon of fat in pan.
6. Heat the pan and sautee the pepper and sausages for about 5 minutes.
7. Put the meatloaf mix back into the pan and stir well.
8. Serve with salsa and cheese
