Just mix up some granulated sugar, cinnamon, and pecans.
Cooking Instructions
Ingredients: 1 can of drained pecans
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Pinch of salt
1 egg
Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 350. In a medium bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Pour the pecans onto the baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Mix the sugars with egg and combine in a small bowl. Remove pecans from oven and dip into the sugar mixture. Place the pecans back on the baking sheet, cut side up. Bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
