But, to satisfy the publisher, he was willing to give it a try. So, he did, and to his surprise the whole chicken cooked perfectly. To cook a whole chicken breast, you’ll need a small roasting tin or large baking dish. You’ll also need a meat thermometer and a sharp knife to cut the breast off the bone. Make sure you put the entire chicken breast in the tin or dish. The internal temperature of the breast will be at its highest around the first 3 to 5 minutes of cooking.
