How To Cook Beef

To make the marinade, mix 1 cup soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar, 4 teaspoons garlic, 1 teaspoon pepper, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 2 teaspoons rice vinegar and 1/4 cup olive oil. Use about 1 tablespoon of the marinade to baste the steak after about 20 minutes. Cook the steak to desired temperature (about 145 degrees).
