While the noodles are the star of the dish, they can be hard to make if you’re not careful. So, let’s talk about how to make the noodles first. There are two ways to make noodles, using a rolling pin or your hands. It’s important to make sure you’re making fresh noodles or they will fall apart. Using a rolling pin is the easier way to make the noodles. Just spread out the noodles on a clean surface, roll them up and place them in a colander. This makes for thicker noodles, but the process is simple. Using your hands is a little harder, but the noodles will be much softer. Before making noodles, you’ll want to cut the noodles into strips or chips. This will help you later when you’re trying to make noodles. You can also make noodles into triangles. I prefer to use my hands when making noodles, but you can use either method.
