The point is that this mac & cheese is low in nutrition, yet it tastes good. However, since it isn‘t very high on nutrition (it has less than 50 percent of calories from carbs), it would be better to eat a meal that has more nutrients. For example, you could eat this recipe for mac and cheeses, which has much more nutrient content. You could make a salad with this salad recipe, or you might want to make soup with it.
