However, eating the peaches’ skin will not cause you to feel too bad. You can use this same principle when eating a pomegranate. Simply cut the flesh away from the pit and eat only the white flesh. This will taste much better than the whole fruit itself. Pomegrants are another fruit that should not be consumed raw. They are best eaten fresh. Eat them just as they are. When eating pears, you should avoid eating their core.

For example, if it has more than 5 grams of sugar per 100 grams, don’t consume it!• Avoid fruits that have a low sugar concentration. Examples include bananas and apples. You can also avoid fruit with high fructose content, suchas apples and oranges. Just make sure that the fruit is fresh and ripe. Avoiding fruit when it hasn’t fully ripened is also dangerous. How do you prepare pears?
Fresh pappas are tasty eaten after being gently washed by rinsing it with cool (not hot) water. This will remove the skins and the outer layer of flesh which is rich in antioxidants and phytochemicals. Pears should not be peeled since this will damage the flesh and make it less desirable. If you do want to peel them however, you should do so carefully and only after thoroughly rincing them. You can also use a vegetable peeler to remove any rough spots left by the peelers. After peeling, cut off the stem and core of each pear and place them in plastic bags. They should be refrigerated until ready to use. To cook, simply boil them whole in water for about 10 minutes. Or, if they are already cooked, add them to soup or stew.
