Important Steps for Fry Pierogies

Fry pierogies are a delicious, lightly fried dough popular in Eastern Europe. The dough is known by several names, depending on where it is made, but they all involve the same basic process. The dough is typically made from flour, water, and yeast. Yeast is added as a leavening agent. This helps to give the dough a fluffy, light texture. The dough is kneaded with a dough hook and then rolled out on a floured surface. The rolls are cut into the desired size and cooked. Many variations of pierogies are available, so this video is just a general guide.

You can also use a deep fryer or an air fryer.
