Place sliced Tempehum in pan and add water/broth. Boil for about 10 min. then remove and continue with seasoning, marinading, cooking, etc. This is a great way to cook tempuras without having to worry about the meat getting too brown. Also, this is easy to do since you don’t have much time to mess around.
