Most of these black currants contain a high amount of vitamin C, B6, folate, vitamin A, potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, copper, zinc, selenium, iodine, riboflavin, thiamine, pantothenic acid, folic acid and niacin. However, there are some varieties that are less common. Among them is the Black Currant variety. Its color is dark purple and its taste resembles blackberry. Another variety is called “Blackcurranberry” and has a lighter color. Both of those varieties are available in supermarkets. To make a black cherry juice drink, add a few drops of lemon juice to your black cranberry juice mix. Then, blend well. Add a little bit of sugar to taste. Drink it after a meal. All of which have a similar taste to cranapple. Other black fruit include the following: Black raspberry, a small fruit with deep red skin and a tart taste, mainly grown around the Mediterranean region. Although it has no vitamin content, its juice contains a large amount antioxidants. A great source of fiber, this fruit is also rich in Vitamin C. Red raspberry is a fruit native to South Africa.
Can you use a mandoline to shred cabbage?

There are many reasons why this is important, including keeping pests out of your food, keeping your hands clean, preventing the spread of disease, reducing the risk of cross-contamination, etc. If you don’t wash your cabbage properly, you run the chance of getting a disease or insect infestation. You can also get a worm or two inside your produce.
