If you know how to cook a pinwheel, you can make salmon pinwheels stuffed with lobster easily. You just need to read the recipe below carefully, get the ingredients, and follow the step-by-step instructions.
What to eat
Salmon pinwheels stuffed with lobster may sound unusual, but they’re delicious. The main components of this dish are salmon, shrimp, lobster, and peas. You’ll need to have a few of the following ingredients on hand: salmon fillets, shrimp, lobster meat, peas, fresh or frozen corn, lemon juice, butter, Parmesan cheese, toasted wheat bread, garlic powder, salt, flour, butter, milk, powdered cream cheese, and shortening.
What to use
The hardest part of cooking salmon is the inevitable overcooking. To solve this problem, you’ll need to use cooking techniques that allow you to keep the fish at the right temperature. To keep your fish from overcooking, you’ll need a non-stick pan, and a pan that heats up quickly. If your pan isn’t heat resistant, you’ll need a pan that’s heat resistant. A simple solution is to use a bain-marie. These pans can be expensive, but it’s a good investment because they won’t have to be replaced for a long time. Another way to prevent overcooking is to use a cooling pan, which is used in the restaurant business. While these pans aren’t as effective as a bain-marie, they’re also not as expensive. If you’re not comfortable with the idea of using two different pans, you can also place the salmon in a baking dish, which will allow it to be cooked and refrigerated at the same time. If you’re cooking salmon pinwheels, you’ll need a baking dish that’s at least 9.5 inches by 9.5 inches.
What to do
If you have a couple of the salmon pinwheels, you can stuff the rest with left over lobster meat. I am sure you have some of the salmon pinwheels in your freezer from the other night. Let’s prepare them by separating the salmon into 2 balls. Then cut each ball into 5 equal parts. So you have 10 pieces in all. Have 2 of the salmon pinwheel pieces laying in front of you. Place the other half of the salmon on the pinwheel piece on the right. Then cut the half salmon pinwheel into 1 ½ in pieces. Place 2 pieces in the middle, 2 pieces on the left and 2 pieces on the right. Put the lobster meat on the middle piece. Then fold the salmon pinwheel over and crimp the edges together. Make sure the lobster meat is covered. Put in a 300 degree oven for 8-10 minutes. You should see the seafood juices bubble out when you check it. Now you are ready to be the envy of your friends and family. Serve with a side of rice and vegetables.
