What you will need

Ingredients:
1 raw salmon fillet, approximately 1 pound
1/2 cup dry white wine
3/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon of salt

1 1/2 cups of water
Method:
1. Clean the salmon and pat dry with a paper towel.
2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Pour the wine into the skillet and allow it to simmer until it reduces by one-third. Stir in the orange juice and soy sauce.
3. Sprinkle the salt, black and white pepper, and the other types of pepper onto the salmon. Toss the salmon in the skillet to coat the fillets.
4. Place the skillet in the oven at the pre-heated temperature.
5. Bake the salmon for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon is flaky and the juices run clear.
