If you want to cook it at home, make sure that you have a gas grill. Look for a grill with a wire rack to cook the salmon on. A gas grill is preferred because the heat is much more controllable than a charcoal grill. Also make sure that the grill has a grill grate, which is flat metal grill grate that you can place the salmon over. This is used to keep the salmon from sticking to the grill. Once you have your gas grill, you can start cooking the salmon. The salmon needs to be cooked a minimum of five minutes on each side. You can take the salmon off the heat when it is halfway cooked through. If you want to fully cook the salmon, you should cook it for a total of 10 minutes on each side.
