If you’ve never pan-fried a salmon filet before, you’re in for a treat. This is an incredibly simple dish that lets the fresh flavor of the fish shine. It also lets the juices from the fish soak into the pan, giving the fish a tasty, crispy crust.
How to fry fish filet
A salmon filet is a very delicious and nutritious fish that is often used in casseroles and stews. It contains omega-3 fatty acids, which are essential for the brain, vision, skin, and immune system. There are many different ways to prepare a salmon filet. However, the key to the perfect fried fish is to not overcook it.
