Salmon is great to cook in the oven, however, convection ovens may cook it faster than conventional ovens. You’ll need to make sure to precook your salmon first, either in the microwave or on the stove top. Rinse the salmon with cool water and then place it into a baking dish. Put the salmon into the convection oven and cook for about 3 minutes on medium heat. You can then add some sesame seeds and salt before serving.

Exact cooking time
The cooking time for salmon is about 20 to 40 minutes depending on the thickness. We recommend 30 minutes of cooking per side to get the best flavor. If the fish is thin, start cooking it 10 minutes earlier, and if it is thicker, add 5 minutes to the cooking time.
