To begin, you want to be sure to marinate the meat with a flavorful liquid, such as: soy sauce, wine, a vinaigrette, an herb mix, or a marinade of your own creation. Then, you want to be sure to turn the meat once, with a pair of tongs. Cooking with a rotating motion will help ensure even cooking, and make sure that the meat’s tender.
Don’t rush your cooking
It’s amazing how the taste of a pork roast changes depending on the method in which it is cooked. When you cook a pork roast on the grill, you will get much more of a smoky, subtle flavor. The best way to do this is to simply grill the pork at a medium heat, using a grill rack. There are many different grill racks available, and some are specifically made for grilling. If you don’t have a grill rack available, you can always use a baking sheet, with it’s edges, to help maintain a consistent heat.
