I have to admit that I never thought I’d write an article on how to cook something. I’ve made fried chicken, pizza, and of course, gyoza, but the one thing I never thought I’d write about is how to cook pork cubes. But for some reason, I was browsing through my emails and came across a pork dish recipe from my friend Johny, and it looks so easy and delicious, I had to try it. Of course, I had no idea how to make it. So after a few trial and errors, I was able to create a perfect pork cube steak. Now, I’d like to share the recipe with you and hope you find it useful!

I would recommend using a heavy pan that is at least 5 inches deep and 8 inches wide. The area of the pan needs to be big enough to fit the steak along with your spatula. To cook this steak, I would start by patting the steak dry. Then I would season it with some oil. I would use about a teaspoon of oil for each pound of steak. I would make sure that it is well coated. Then I would heat up the pan with a little bit of oil. Once the pan is hot, I would put in the cube steak and let it sit for about 2 minutes. You will need:
* 1 Cubed pork steak
* 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
* 1 teaspoon mustard powder
* A large frying pan
* Water and a small saucepan
First, you’re going to start cooking the pork cube steak. Cut the pork cube steak into 3 cubes. Throw them into the frying pan with the teaspoon of mustard powder. Mix the seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and water. This mixture should cover the pork cube steak. You should then cover the pan with a lid and cook the pork cube steak over medium heat for 12 minutes. After 12 minutes, check the pork cube steak. Remove from the pan, and then put on paper towels.
Next, you’re going to remove the water and sauce from the small saucepan. You can either set the water and sauce aside, or you can throw them away. Either way, you’re now going to cook the pork cube steak in the pan with the sauce over medium heat for about 3 to 4 minutes. You should use a meat thermometer to check if the pork cube steak is cooked to the right temperature. This is going to be 165 degrees Fahrenheit. You can then serve this pork cube steak.
