Pork City Chicken is a traditional dish of Korean barbecue restaurants in the city. It’s made with a mix of pork and a lot of vegetables. It’s a mouth watering, healthy and hearty dish that will help you satisfy your appetite and get your lunch. For this recipe, you’ll need 4 whole boneless pork chops, vegetables such as garlic, chilies, gochujang and add water. In a large mixing bowl, mix the chopped onion and garlic together. Mix in the chilies. Set aside. Using a frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Add the chilies and onions and cook for about 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the garlic and cook for another minute. Stir in the rest of the ingredients except the pork chops. Bring to a boil and cook for about 20 minutes. Add the pork chops and simmer for 5 minutes. Enjoy with rice or a side of veggies.
