As I mentioned above, for me, it is crucial to have the temperature set to low while cooking to maintain the juiciness of the meat. In this recipe, there are four ingredients that make it the best crockpot recipe. It is a fresh pork roast. Fresh means it’s not frozen, and it hasn’t been frozen. This helps to keep the meat juicy and flavorful. It has dry rub seasoning. You can use a dry rub if you want. But for this recipe, it is best to have the crockpot cook the meat for an hour and then cook it for four hours. This means the meat is cooked but still has a juicy texture. Finally, there is white vinegar. White vinegar helps to cut the richness of the pork.
