How To Cook Marinated Salmon In The Oven?

For a festive look, try this lightened up version of a traditional oven-cooked salmon dish. It is even easier to make and uses less oil and less butter than the classic salmon bake.

But if you are cooking more than one piece of fish at a time, you’ll need to use a bigger dish. I also have a smaller dish on hand just in case I need to switch to it for any reason.

Laying Out the Ingredients

The idea is that the marinade will cook slowly at a low temperature, then be added to the salmon to cook at a higher temperature. This way, the marinade is evenly distributed, but also the salmon is cooked to perfection.

Baking the Salmon

Baking the salmon with a marinade is a good way to preserve the salmon while adding flavour. This can be done in the oven or on the stovetop. Baking is an easy method of cooking and allows you to preserve the flavour of your food. For this recipe, you’ll need:
* 500ml water
* 1 tbsp of salt
* 2 tbsp of lemon juice
* 2 tbsp of butter
* 4 salmon fillets
* Fresh herbs (you can choose from parsley, dill, basil, cilantro, etc.)
* 1 tbsp of mustard
* 1 tbsp of soy sauce
* 1 tsp of mustard
* 1 tsp of lemon juice
In a large bowl, add the water, salt, lemon juice, butter, and mustard and whisk them together. Then, add the herbs. Add the soy sauce and whisk this together. Add the salmon fillets and coat them with the marinade. Pour the marinade mixture into a pan and bake the salmon in the oven at 200 degrees Celcius for 15 minutes. Alternatively, cook the salmon on the stovetop on a stovetop on a medium heat for 20 minutes.

What to know before cooking salmon
