Tbsp dried parsley
1 cup fine breadcrumbs
1 small onion finely chopped
1/2 large green bell pepper finely chopped
2 large okra heads cut in half
1 small can of tomato sauce
1 small can of tomato
1/4 cup of cilantro
1/2 cup of frozen corn
Directions:
Preheat air fryer at 450 degrees
Place frozen breaded okra pieces into air fryer basket.
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well.
Spread in an even layer on a cutting board or baking sheet.
Place the okra in the air fryer. Cook for 6-8 minutes per side.
Remove okra from air fryer basket and serve.
