Make sure to drain off the excess water after the eggs are cooked. Now, once the eggs are cooked, you’re ready to make the egg rolls. Take the wrapper and lay out the rice lengthwise in the center of the wrapper. Then, take your eggs and carefully roll them along the length of the rice. You’ll have two portions of rice at this point. Then, you’ll need to fold the two portions of rice over and then roll them up into a log. Once the rice is cooked, it needs to be cooled and it can be stored in the refrigerator. You’ll need to mix the eggs, sweet rice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
