How to Cook Beef Chuck Roast
Today, I’m going to show you how to cook beef chuck roast. If you’re looking to make this recipe, I’ve provided the steps and a photo below. First, I’m going to cut the chuck roast into 1 inch cubes. Next, heat some oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. You’ll want the oil to be hot, but not smoking. Then, add in the beef cubes to the skillet. Add some salt and pepper to the beef. You’ll also want to add some garlic powder and onion powder. If you’re not a fan of the smell of garlic and onion, you can also add some crushed red pepper flakes. Next, cook the meat until browned. This can take around five to eight minutes. Remove the meat from the skillet and set it aside. To make the sauce, add some oil to the pan. Then add in your garlic powder and onion powder. The longer you cook this, the more the flavors will blend. Add your beef back into the pan. Cook it for another two to four minutes. If you’re not a fan of the smell of garlic, you can add some crushed red pepper flakes to this step. Then, mix in some tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce and some honey. This sauce is sweet, so if you’re not a fan of that, you can sub in an additional amount of Worcestershire sauce. Add your chopped tomatoes and bring the mixture to a boil. Simmer for
