Breading and frying the chicken

It is also a good idea to wash the towel in warm water to ensure it is clean.
Next, pat dry the chicken. To do this, gently pat the chicken with a paper towel. This will prevent excess oil from dripping onto the chicken, thus making it easier to cook. You can also lightly spray the chicken with cooking oil if you want to ensure the chicken doesn’t stick to the pan.
Prepping the chicken

To do this, you’ll be rubbing the kelp granules all over the chicken. The kelp granules will help to pull the water out of the chicken, and help to season the chicken. The next step will be to cut up the chicken and season it. After you season the chicken, you will then want to freeze the wings in a single layer. The wings will then be put in the air fryer for about 20 minutes. Finally, take the chicken out of the air fryer and serve.
