Remove the skin
The best way to cook chicken is to remove the skin. If you don’t remove the skin, you’ll end up with a dry piece of chicken that you can’t eat. You can easily remove the skin by peeling it off. To ensure you don’t tear the skin, slide a knife under the skin and pull it off. You can also do this with a fork. Alternatively, you can just wrap a paper towel around the chicken and the skin will come off naturally.
How to Cook Chicken to Shred – Clean chicken and remove giblets. Remove the chicken from the package and rinse the inside and the outside of the chicken with cold water. Remove the giblets. Pull out and discard the fat and sinew. Rinse the giblets with cold water. Rinse the chicken and giblets under cold running water, then pat dry with paper towels. Remove the neck and wings, and rinse them with cold water. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
Cut the chicken into small pieces
Cut the chicken into small pieces. It is always good to thaw it before you start to cook. Thawing helps to get the meat tender. Combine the salt, pepper, paprika and ginger. Mix this and the chicken in a bowl. Heat the oil and put in the chicken in a pan. When the oil is hot, add the chicken. After about 2 minutes, you can stir, but do not leave the pan. You will see that the chicken gets golden and crunchy. Add the turmeric. Turn the chicken to cook with the turmeric.
Remove the bones
When chicken is cooked, the bones are retained. A common way to remove the bones is to boil the chicken in a pot of water. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the pot and let the chicken cool. When the chicken is cool enough to handle, place it into a large bowl. Separate the chicken into small pieces and place into the bowl. You can also do this with a chicken tenderizer. The chicken will then be easier to separate into smaller pieces.
Cut the meat into shreds
You will first need to cut the chicken breasts in half. You will then cut each piece of chicken into strips or shreds. You will then use a sharp knife to slice the chicken into strips or shreds. This can be very easy with a high quality knife. The chicken must be trimmed and washed before cutting.
